How to pay for your order. This page explains how to pay after placing an order. Nothing is charged at checkout, so read on to see how to pay and what reference to use.
You can place your order right now and sort the payment out afterwards. Nothing is charged at checkout, nothing is taken from a card, and your items are reserved while you get the payment details from our support team. This page explains exactly how that works.
The whole process in four steps
- Place your order. Add what you want to the basket and check out as normal. Choose bank transfer as the payment method. You will get an order number on screen and by email. No payment is taken at this point.
- Contact support for the payment details. Quote your order number and we will send you everything you need to make the transfer.
- Send the payment when you are ready. Use your order number as the reference so we can match it to your order straight away.
- We dispatch. Once the payment clears your order is packed and sent, and we email you a tracking number.
There is no time pressure between steps one and three. Your order sits reserved until you are ready.
Why the payment details come from support
Account details published on a website get scraped and reused in payment scams against customers. Someone sets up a page that looks like ours, swaps the account number, and the money goes to them.
Sending the details to you directly, against a real order number, removes that. It also means that if anything looks wrong you are already talking to a person who can check it before you send money.
How to reach us
Email our support team with your order number and we will reply with the payment details. We aim to reply within one working day.
If your order is urgent, say so in the message and we will prioritise it.
Why there is no card option
Card processing is being set up. Until it is live, bank transfer is how orders are paid, and we would rather say that plainly on a page you can find than surprise you at checkout.
Bank transfer has one genuine advantage worth knowing: your card details are never stored anywhere on this site, because they are never entered. The payment goes bank to bank.
How long your order is held
We hold your items while you arrange the payment. If you go quiet for a long stretch we will email you once to check before releasing the stock, and you are never charged for an order you did not pay for.
If you change your mind before paying, just tell us and we will cancel it. Nothing was taken, so there is nothing to refund.
If something goes wrong
No confirmation email. Check your spam folder first, since order emails from a new domain sometimes land there. If it is genuinely missing, contact us with the name you ordered under and we will resend it.
Paid without a reference. Email us with the amount, the date and the name on the account and we will match it manually.
Paid the wrong amount. Tell us. We refund overpayments to the same account and will invoice the difference on an underpayment rather than cancelling.
Common questions before you pay
Do I have to pay straight away? No. Place the order, get the details from support, and pay when you are ready.
How do I get the payment details? Contact our support team with your order number and we will send them to you.
Do you accept cards? Not yet. Bank transfer only for now.
Why are the bank details not shown on this page? Published account numbers get scraped and used in payment scams against our customers. Sending them against a real order number prevents that.
When does my order ship? As soon as the payment clears, which is usually the same working day. You get a tracking number by email.
Is my payment protected? A bank transfer does not carry the chargeback rights a credit card does. That is a genuine difference and you should know it. Our returns policy sets out what happens if an order arrives faulty or does not arrive at all.

Send the payment using the reference given, and quote that reference, because it is what matches your payment to your order. Once the payment clears, the order is dispatched and tracking follows.
If anything about how to pay is unclear at that point, reply to the confirmation email rather than guessing. Payments sent without a reference take considerably longer to match and that delay is avoidable.
Common questions about how to pay
Nothing is taken before you choose to send it, so placing an order commits you to nothing. If you change your mind before paying, tell us and the reservation is released with no charge and no further contact.
If a payment does not appear to have arrived, contact us with the date and reference before sending it again. Duplicate payments are refundable but they are slower to resolve than a single message.
Security
We never ask for card numbers, passwords or account credentials by email, and we will never phone you asking for them. Any message claiming to be from us and requesting those is not from us. Our privacy policy covers what we hold and for how long.
