Peak Protocol

Accessories

Nothing in this category does anything to your body. These are the practical items that make taking supplements less annoying, and they are described as exactly that.

Shakers

A shaker with a wire whisk ball or a mesh screen mixes protein noticeably better than one without, because the powder needs mechanical breaking up rather than just agitation. Beyond that, the differences are capacity, whether it leaks and how easily it cleans.

The main practical advice is to rinse it immediately. Protein left in a sealed bottle for a day is genuinely unpleasant and sometimes unsalvageable. Most odour problems trace to a lid seal that never dries, so take the lid apart when you wash it.

Scoops and measuring

Scoops vary between products and between batches of the same product, so a scoop is not a unit of measurement. If a dose matters to you, and with creatine at three to five grams a day it does, a cheap digital scale removes the guesswork permanently.

Storage

Keep powders dry, sealed and at room temperature. Clumping is moisture rather than spoilage, and most of it comes from scooping with a wet hand or leaving a lid off in a humid kitchen. Do not decant into an unlabelled container, because the label carries the dose, the batch and the expiry, and those are the three things you will want later.

That is the whole category. No claims, no mechanism, just things that work or do not. The full shop has everything else.

What we do not sell here

You will not find compression gear, wrist wraps, belts or anything else that makes performance claims in this category, because those are a different business and we would be guessing. What is here is limited to the things that hold, measure or mix a supplement.

If something breaks in normal use it is covered the same way as anything else on the site. Faulty, damaged or not as described means a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act, and the shipping and returns page sets out the detail.
