Musclebody Shaker

A shaker, in 300ml and 500ml.

There is not a great deal to say about a shaker and we are not going to invent any. The 500ml suits a full protein serving with room to shake properly, which matters more than people expect: a bottle filled to the brim does not mix. The 300ml is fine for creatine, aminos or anything you are dissolving rather than emulsifying.

Wash it out the same day. The single most common complaint about any shaker is a smell that will not shift, and that is not the bottle’s fault.

If you are buying protein for the first time and do not own one, add it. If you already have three under the sink like most people, you do not need this.
