Shipping
We dispatch UK orders on working days and aim to deliver within [DELIVERY WINDOW TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE LAUNCH] working days. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and we will tell you if something is delayed rather than leaving you to wonder.
Returns
If you change your mind you can return an unopened supplement within 14 days for a refund, in line with your consumer rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened supplements unless they are faulty. That is standard across the industry and it is not us being difficult.
If something is wrong
If a product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email Contact@peakprotocol.co.uk and we will put it right. Under the Consumer Rights Act you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we are not going to make you argue for it.
