We aim to reply within one working day. If your order has arrived faulty, damaged or not as described, include your order number and a photograph and we will sort it without making you argue for it.
Corrections and editorial
If you have found a factual error in an article, email the same address with the page and what you think is wrong. We take that seriously and we will tell you what we have done about it.
What we cannot help with
