What is actually inside

The Nutrend range turns on three ingredient questions, and they sit at very different points on the evidence scale.

Neither applies to a normal weights session, and a concentrate you dilute yourself at least lets you match the strength to the session.

Branched chain amino acids are the weak one. Leucine, isoleucine and valine are three of the nine essential amino acids, and muscle protein needs all nine. Supplying three of them produces a signal without the material to build with, which is the structural reason trials adding BCAA on top of adequate protein have repeatedly found nothing. A full spectrum essential amino acid product does the job a BCAA is bought for.

The liquid format deserves its own note because it is genuinely different rather than a reformulation. Amino acids already in solution need no shaker, do not clump and cannot leave a scoop at the bottom of a tub. That is a real advantage over a powder and it is the honest reason to choose it.
